Meridee Pabst - Attorney

Experience

Meridee has extensive experience in land use, real estate, and municipal law. On behalf of both private and public clients, she has obtained project permits, completed environmental reviews under SEPA and NEPA, and amended comprehensive plans and zoning codes. At Busch Law Firm, Meridee focuses her practice on zoning code revisions and wireless facility permitting.


Activities

Meridee is currently Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Washougal, Washington, where she lives with her husband and daughter. She is also active in her Rotary club, and she volunteers on the boards of the Clark County Law Library and Educational Opportunities for Children and Families, a nonprofit agency administering the Head Start program in Clark and Pacific counties. Meridee enjoys soccer, football, reading, and travel.

Education

Meridee graduated from University of Washington School of Law, J.D., Order of the Coif, 1995 and graduated summa cum laude from University of Puget Sound with a BA in Business.
