Cindy focuses her practice on real estate law, including issues that affect the wireless communications industry. Cindy has 11 years of wireless experience, and 19 years of real estate law experience, both as outside counsel and as in-house counsel for a major wireless communications carrier. Cindy has experience assisting clients with the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real estate. Along with her extensive experience with all types of commercial leases including cell sites, office space, and retail leases, Cindy has prepared and negotiated licenses, easements, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and service agreements. In addition, Cindy has experience in advising clients on title matters and assisting clients in resolving various real estate issues including landlord/tenant, boundary, and easement disputes.

Cindy graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1995. Cindy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Arizona State University in 1992.

Cindy was recognized and honored by her peers by being named as a “Rising Star” in Washington Law and Politics in 2003 & 2004.
