Karen Manske lives in the Portland area and has focused most of her law career in the telecommunications industry. She has been in the wireless business for more than 16 years both as in house counsel and as a vendor consultant. Karen has a great deal of experience in many aspects of the wireless real estate process including contractual issues, compliance, landlord relationships and deployment.

Karen graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, WA. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Idaho in Caldwell, ID with a major in Political Science.
