Andrew has been in the wireless industry for more than 11 years. He spent 8 years with AT&T as a manager of network deployment. He has been with wireless counsel in the Southern California market since that time assisting with legal review, land use ordinance and landlord disputes.

Andrew graduated from Whittier College School of Law. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Buffalo. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law.
